Hello! So you want to know about me, do you?!
The short version:
Life:
My name is Michael Battle. I’m currently found living in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
After travelling through the UK and Europe, I returned to university and managed to emerge from my Master of IT (Hons) from Bond University with First-Class Honours. After working at M&C Saatchi, Lightmaker and Ogilvy Interactive/DT Digital, I’ve recently accepted a role as Associate Creative Director - Interactive at BCM, Brisbane. This means that I’m the ‘online ideas guy’ and responsible for the creative that emerges from our digital team. I also have a number of personal projects in development. When reading this blog, you’ll get updates on the progress of these from time to time.

Love (number 2):
I also live with (and am in love with) Adobe Flash. For those that find themselves scratching their head at this point, Flash is a software application that facilitates the development of striking web-ready graphics/animations/programs. It’s what I use to create my online games and experiments. If you’re still confused, I’d love to tell you all about it over a quiet beer.

I think your work is great and congratulations on your Master’s degree!
I’m have a bit of an art / math / programming background. I’ve been meaning to put them all together and learn Flash/ActionScript. Are there any online tutorials or books that you would recommend?
