Site: VaryWell

Here’s a site that’s worth a look for all those who appreciate interesting navigation, innovative use of both 2D and 3D… and connoisseurs of anything cool.

Ryan and Jason (brothers/buddies??) proclaim their solemn oath “to inject pure premium-ness into everything we touch”. Who can argue with that strategy? Bravo.

Their site oozes slick ribbons of style… I feel cooler for just looking at it…. get your dose:

From this humble intro you’ll jump straight into their 3D zooming box navigation - hover over the boxes to glimpse their contents (mmm… mystery meat)… and click for the jump into some crazy space that exists between 2D and 3D…. 2.5D?

Make sure you drag around and minimise the windows… and go full-screen for the full-experience.

The best thing about this site is that it manages to maintain a nice balance between experience and content. The navigation is the viral component (hence, this post) but the minimal design and slick delivery ensures that users who are genuinely interested in their wares wont click away disappointed.

Hats off to the VaryWell duo.

Definately awesome. Not too sure about the usability, i found myself looking around for a bit trying to work out how to navigate and get back to the projects etc. Still very cool though
